Preparing for your GlycoCheck Test
​


PROPER HYDRATION AND REDUCED STRESS LEVELS ARE CRUCIAL


1.) Drink 1/2 quart (4x 4 oz glasses) of water 1 hour before your test and relax.

2.) Do not eat for 6 hours prior to testing.

​3.) Do not take medications or supplements the day of the test.

4.) Do not drink caffeine 6 hours prior to testing.

5.) Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours prior to testing.

6.) Do not exercise for 12 hours prior to testing.

7.) Do not use any PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) device for 24 hours prior to testing.

8.) W
ait a day after an airplane flight or menstruation.

9.) Relax before the test.




Note: If you do not prepare well your test will not be as accurate. 

Of course all of the scores are totally confidential.

​The Glycocheck test can see capillary density,
capillary blood volume, blood flow, red cell velocity,
and endothelial glycocalyx function.
​It will score your microvascular health.

​Your score
You will get a total health score between 0 – 10.
  • 0 – 3 is a low score in the red zone which indicates high risk.
  • 3.1 – 7 is an average score in the yellow zone with a medium risk
  • 7.1 – 20 is an excellent score in the green zone with low risk.​

Solutions if you have a low score
  1. Double-dose (therapeutic dose) Revaca for about 3 months: 8 supplements daily, or 2 drinks, or 4 supplements and 1 drink.
    The regular daily maintenance dose is 4 capsules per day.
  2. Retake the GlycoCheck test in 3 - 4 months.
