Prepare for your GlycoCheck Test
PROPER HYDRATION AND REDUCED STRESS LEVELS ARE CRUCIAL!
1.) Drink at least 1 quart (4x 8 oz glasses) of water 1 hour before your test and relax.
2.) Do not eat for 4 hours prior to testing or take medications or supplements that day before the test.
3.) Do not drink caffeine the day prior testing.
4.) Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours prior to testing.
5.) Do not exercise for 12 hours prior to testing.
6.) Do not use any PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) device for 24 hours prior to testing.
